The Spark is two months of remote, guided personal training for busy professionals.

KICK IT OFF WITH ME

We'll talk about your goals, background and workout space and assess your fit for the program. 

I'll use this information to pair you with the personal trainer best suited for your goals and style.

MEET YOUR TRAINER + GET YOUR PLAN

Together, your trainer and I will build a workout plan to meet your goals. You'll meet your trainer via Skype for an introductory assessment to introduce your bodies and movement vocabulary; proper form, strengths/weaknesses, goals and expectations.

A second 1:1 session will present you with a workout for you to do on your own for 2 weeks. You'll gain proper form and understanding of the moves and how to modify to increase/decrease difficulty.

WORK OUT ON YOUR OWN - WITH OUR SUPPORT

Continue to work out on your own - your trainer will check in regularly on your progress and meet you every other week for a guided workout.

Track progress, stay organized and share notes with us in your online journal.
